Done for You Services Terms & Conditions

Effective date: July 2023

By purchasing any of our Done-for-You Services, including the Done-for-You Sales Funnel, Done-for-You Leads Funnel, or Done-for-You End Game Funnel (referred to as “Services”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions set forth by Global Freedom Community, LLC (“Agency,” “we,” or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions serve as the governing agreement between Global Freedom Community and the Client, ensuring clarity and alignment on service scope, payment policies, timelines, and responsibilities.


1. Scope of Services

Each Done-for-You package includes a custom-built marketing funnel with elements such as branding, design, copywriting, email automation, and tech setup. Specific deliverables vary per package and will be outlined in the package description at the time of purchase.

The Agency will provide the agreed-upon funnel design, copywriting, branding, and tech setup within the scope of the purchased package.

All DFY packages include 12 months of free access to the Laptop Lifestyle Funnels System, beginning on the date the Client activates their software account. After 12 months, continued access is available for a monthly or annual subscription fee. This access is non-transferable and not eligible for refund.

Services do not include the creation of the Client’s products, courses, or micro-offers, unless explicitly stated. Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials. All Done-for-You services are non-refundable once work has begun.


2. Payment Terms & Fees

Total Cost & Payment Structure:

The total cost for each Done-for-You package is displayed at the time of purchase.

Full payment or an agreed-upon payment plan must be completed before work begins.

Late Payments & Fees:

If payments are not received within 10 days of the due date, a late fee of $50 per day will apply.

If payment remains outstanding after 30 days, Agency reserves the right to suspend services and send the outstanding balance to collections.


3. Project Timelines & Client Responsibilities

General Timeline:

DFY services will be completed within 4-6 weeks from the date all necessary materials (brand assets, micro-offer files, etc.) are provided by the Client.Delays in providing assets or responding to Agency communications will result in timeline extensions beyond this window.

Client Responsibilities:

The Client must provide all necessary materials, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.If the Client fails to respond to communication within 14 days, the Agency reserves the right to pause or cancel the project without refund.The Client assumes full responsibility for reviewing and approving the final deliverables before launch.

Project Expiration & Reactivation Fees:

If a project remains inactive for 180 days due to Client inaction (e.g., missing assets, lack of response), the Agency may close the project.

To reactivate a closed project, the Client must pay a restart fee of $1,917 and any additional costs at current service rates.


4. Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable upon purchase.

If a Client chooses not to complete the project, no refund will be provided. Clients may request to apply any unused service credit toward a different Agency service at the Agency’s discretion.


5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All completed work is considered Client-owned intellectual property upon full and final payment.Clients grant the Agency permission to showcase non-sensitive work as portfolio samples.Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to use any materials they provide (e.g., images, logos, copy).


6. Limitations of Liability & Indemnification

The Agency is not responsible for the financial outcomes or performance of the Client’s funnel, including sales, conversions, or ad performance.The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Agency from any claims, disputes, or damages arising from their use of the final product.


7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client-Initiated Cancellations:If the Client chooses to cancel the project, no refunds will be issued.If requested, Agency may apply unused service credit to another project at its discretion.Agency-Initiated Cancellations:If the Agency cannot complete the project for any reason, a partial refund may be offered at the Agency’s discretion, based on the percentage of work completed.


8. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

The Agency is not liable for delays or inability to perform due to unforeseen

events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disastersInternet or platform outages

Illness, injury, or emergency situations

In such cases, the project may be rescheduled or credited toward future services.


9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve issues through mediation or arbitration before taking legal action.


10. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and engaging with Global Freedom Community’s Done-for-You services, the Client

agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full
